Feature of The Week: Emmanuel Porquin

Emmanuel Porquin is an Afro Latino film photographer based out of Gaithersburg Md. He’s been photographing for about 3 years. Within the last year, Emmanuel’s making the switch to shooting primarily on film.

“I would describe my work as raw and timeless, a lot of my inspiration stems from past eras and paying homage to them. If a photograph can transport me to a different time period then I resonate highly with it so that is always my goal when creating my work.”
